Alignment happens when we become clear on our core values and adjust to our own personal frequency. We were all born with a unique energy blueprint but through cultural conditioning and other dominant energies in our lives, we become disconnected from our own inner truth.

The wound of the empathic feminine and highly sensitive being is the feeling of estrangement. We often feel misperceived and misunderstood and try so hard to fit into a box even though our soul yearns for the deep and authentic expression of our uniqueness.  After years and often decades of losing ourselves in the process, which often shows up as people pleasing and lack of boundaries, feelings of sadness, anger, confusion, depression or apathy may arise.

By healing the wound of estrangement and returning to our most authentic being, we also return to the place of wholeness and harmony. It’s a journey into the heart.

This journey requires courage and commitment to our healing and self-discovery. Commitment to our soul’s path. Many of us feel alone and unsupported, particularly when our family and relationship dynamics are part of the old energy patterns that we’re trying to break out of. The fear of judgment and abandonment keeps us stuck in these dynamics until the pain gets unbearable. This is rock bottom. A dead end street. It’s the knowing that life can’t go on like this any longer.

The breaking point is an invitation to deep dive into the realms of the heart. This is where we find our truth, our center, and the answers to our prayers. Welcome home.

Wings of a Visionary was created to support women going through radical transformation. It’s a safe space where you feel heard, seen, and understood. A space where uniqueness is celebrated and sensitivity is seen as a gift. The truth is that the world needs more empathic leaders that are rooted confidently in the power of the feminine heart to restore harmony and balance on this planet.
